Direct Service Workers – Denver, Colorado
Safe Places for Women’s new emergency house in Denver, CO, provides faith-based residential care for women who have experienced trafficking or exploitation.
We are seeking candidates for multiple Direct Service Worker (DSW) roles. The DSW is responsible for maintaining a safe healing environment for residents and providing consistent operations by upholding the program model and resident guidelines. The DSW models healthy boundaries in a home environment with the residents and works directly with residents to ensure day-to-day goals are met. All duties will be done in accordance with the mission, values, and goals of Safe Places for Women.
The DSW should be a high school graduate, at least 21 years of age, have experience working in a caretaking role, and successfully complete a background check. This is a full-time role; first, second, third, and weekend shifts are available.
